The challenge
Drivers carried paper manifests, proof of delivery arrived by WhatsApp photo, and invoicing waited on manual reconciliation.
What we did
A React Native app with offline capture, signature and photo POD, route sequencing, and a dispatcher console that syncs when signal returns.
What changed
Reconciliation went from three days to same-day, disputed deliveries fell by two thirds, and drivers save roughly 35 minutes each per day.
