What we collect

When you use the configurator we store the answers you give and the contact details you enter, so we can prepare a quote and an agreement. If you become a client we also hold your billing details, the files you share with us, and the messages exchanged on your projects.

If you only browse the site, we hold nothing that identifies you.

Why we hold it

To quote for work, to perform a contract you have signed, to invoice you, and to support you afterwards. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors that run this service — our hosting provider, our payment gateway and our email provider.

How long we keep it

Quotes and abandoned configurations are cleared after 30 days. Signed agreements, invoices and payment records are kept for eight years, as Indian tax law requires. Everything else is deleted when you ask.

Your rights

Write to us and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it — except records we are legally required to keep, which we will identify explicitly.

Cookies

We set a session cookie when you sign in, and a short-lived cookie that lets you return to a half-finished quote. Neither is used for advertising or tracking across other sites.
