These terms and your agreement

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern any work we do for you — that is covered by the service agreement you accept at checkout, which sets out scope, price, timeline and revisions for your specific project. Where the two differ, your agreement wins.

Quotes

A price produced by the configurator is valid for 30 days and is based on the answers given. If the scope turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will raise a change order and you decide whether to accept it. Nothing is charged until you accept an agreement.

Payment

Invoices are payable by the date shown on them. Work may be paused on overdue accounts, and we will tell you before that happens.

Intellectual property

On full payment, the deliverables we produce for you are yours. We keep the rights to our own tooling and to anything we built before the engagement. Unless you ask us not to, we may describe the work publicly and show it in our portfolio.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
