The challenge
The founders were running their whole service on a shared spreadsheet and could not onboard a customer without doing it by hand.
What we did
A multi-tenant application with organisation-scoped data, role-based permissions, Stripe subscription billing, and usage metering.
What changed
240 teams onboarded themselves in the first two quarters with no manual setup, and support load per customer fell as the product explained itself.
We came with a spreadsheet and a vague idea. They pushed back on half of it, which is exactly what we were paying for.
